WORK O' THE DAY:
We use the Stellarium Planetarium software as a key part of our observing process. The software we use requires a laptop so the team has that loaded on their Dell laptops.
Although there is no corresponding apps for our Chromies, there is a web "lite" version of the software that we *can* use.
Please go to: Stellarium and take a look.
It will ask for you to allow it to share your location but the district blocks that feature (even if you try to allow it!). With that in mind, work with your team to determine how to set your current location (it's actually pretty easy).
After you've done that, once again work with your team to find out 'practice' object from yesterday (Do you remember the name? <hopefully someone in your team will!>

Once your team has got a wee bit of the flavor of the software, one of our Team Members will join your group and show you the full power of Stellarium on their laptops.
I will also be demonstrating Stellarium with our gear attached to our telescope-- you may get a chance to "drive" !!
